TCU เข้าร่วมประชุม “ASEAN Higher Education Leadership Forum 2025” (ASHELF) “ประชุมผู้นำการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาอาเซียน 2025” ซึ่งจัดพร้อมกับ “Festival of Ideas” “นิทรรศการแห่งปัญญา” ณ Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC) เมืองปุตราจายา สหพันธรัฐมาเลเซีย
เมื่อวันที่ 4-5 ตุลาคม 2568 ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จินตวีร์ คล้ายสังข์ ผู้อำนวยการโครงการมหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์ไทย กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม
ได้เข้าร่วมประชุม “ASEAN Higher Education Leadership Forum 2025” (ASHELF) “ประชุมผู้นำการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาอาเซียน 2025” ซึ่งจัดพร้อมกับ “Festival of Ideas” “นิทรรศการแห่งปัญญา” ณ Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC) เมืองปุตราจายา สหพันธรัฐมาเลเซีย
โดย ผู้อำนวยการฯได้เป็นเกียรติขึ้นกล่าวบรรยายในงานดังกล่าวบนหัวข้อ “Technology with Heart, Smart to Wise: Digital Transformation for Adaptive and Value-Based Learning in ASEAN Higher Education” และยังได้เป็นผู้ร่วมนำการอภิปรายในหัวข้อ “Adaptive Learning and Value based Education: Shaping the Next-Gen Higher Education”
ภายในงานมีการแลกเปลี่ยนและอภิปรายอย่างเข้มข้นเกี่ยวกับเทรนด์การศึกษายุคใหม่ที่เผชิญกับเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่มีการปรับตัวอย่างก้าวกระโดดและกำลังพลิกโฉมการศึกษาในทุกระดับ ดังนั้นหน่วยงานทางการศึกษาจึงจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องปรับตัวและออกแบบระบบการศึกษาเพื่อตอบโจทย์นี้ โดยเน้นที่ระบบการเรียนการสอนแบบเห็นอกเห็นใจเพื่อสร้างทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีคุณภาพและรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม สร้างประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่เสมือนจริงอิงจากความเป็นไปในโลกของความเป็นจริง อีกทั้งยังหารือถึงแนวทางการประเมินผลร่วมกับปัญญาประดิษฐ์
เนื้อหาสาระที่ได้จากการประชุมสัมนานี้จะถูกนำไปใช้ในการวางแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนการอุดมศึกษา รวมถึงการต่อยอดแพลตฟอร์มและโมดูลการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้เรียนในภูมิภาคอาเซียน
โครงการมหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์ไทยเชื่อว่าการแลกเปลี่ยนที่สร้างสรรค์นี้จะสร้างคุณประโยชน์และทำให้เกิดการพัฒนาด้านการศึกษาให้ดีและพร้อมรับต่อโลกที่เปลี่ยนไปมากยิ่งขึ้น

On October 4-5, 2025, Professor Jintavee Klaisang, Ed.D. Director, Thailand Cyber University Project, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation
attended the “ASEAN Higher Education Leadership Forum 2025” (ASHELF), which was held in conjunction with the “Festival of Ideas” at Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC) in Putrajaya. Federation of Malaysia
The Director was honored to deliver a lecture at the event on the topic of “Technology with Heart, Smart to Wise: Digital Transformation for Adaptive and Value-Based Learning in ASEAN Higher Education.” She also co-led a panel discussion on “Adaptive Learning and Value-based Education: Shaping the Next-Generation Higher Education.”
The event featured intensive exchanges and discussions on modern education trends, facing the exponential growth of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and its transformative role in education at all levels. Therefore, it is crucial for educational institutions to adapt and design education systems to address this challenge, emphasizing humanistic teaching and learning systems to develop quality and socially responsible human resources. The event also focused on creating authentic learning experiences grounded in real-world contexts and discussed approaches to collaborative assessment with the help of AI.
The knowledge and findings presented at this seminar will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of higher education, particularly regarding the design and implementation of new learning platforms and modules for the ASEAN region.
The Thai Cyber University Project believes that this constructive exchange will benefit and lead to better educational development that will be ready for a more dynamic and changing world.
