TCU เข้าร่วมการประชุมสัมมนาในรูปแบบออนไลน์ ในงานสัมมนานานาชาติ “International Municipal BRICS Forum” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยมหาวิทยาลัย Saint Petersburg State University
เมื่อที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2568 ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จินตวีร์ คล้ายสังข์ ผู้อำนวยการโครงการมหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์ไทย ภายใต้กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม

ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมสัมมนาในรูปแบบออนไลน์ ในงานสัมมนานานาชาติ “International Municipal BRICS Forum” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยมหาวิทยาลัย Saint Petersburg State University และได้รับการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานสำคัญ ได้แก่ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศแห่งสหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย Rossotrudnichestvo และเมือง Saint Petersburg

ในงานดังกล่าว ผู้อำนวยการได้รับเกียรติให้เป็นวิทยากรนำเสนอในหัวข้อ “From Digital Access to Sustainable Impact: A Model for a National MOOC Platform in a Lifelong Learning Ecosystem” เนื้อหาที่นำเสนอเป็นการถ่ายทอดความก้าวหน้าอย่างต่อเนื่องของโครงการมหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์ไทย จากการเป็นเพียงผู้สร้างแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ สู่การเป็นผู้วางรากฐานระบบนิเวศการศึกษาทางไกลระดับอุดมศึกษาที่ครบวงจรและยั่งยืน หรือที่เรียกว่า “Thai MOOC Ecosystem”

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการนำเสนอเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence หรือ AI) เพื่อเสริมบทบาทเป็นผู้ช่วยการเรียนรู้บนแพลตฟอร์ม Thai MOOC โดยมีการยกตัวอย่างการใช้งานที่หลากหลาย เช่น การพัฒนา AI แชทบอทเพื่อช่วยเหลือนักศึกษาในการค้นหาและแนะนำรายวิชา การแก้ไขปัญหาที่พบระหว่างการลงทะเบียนเรียนและการเรียนรู้ การนำ AI มาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรเพื่อช่วยในการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนของผู้เรียน ตลอดจนการพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของผู้เรียนและสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นยิ่งขึ้น โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เส้นทางการเรียนรู้เป็นพื้นฐาน ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้สอดคล้องกับหัวข้อหลักของการอภิปรายคือ ‘Artificial Intelligence and Its Use in Education’

การประชุมสัมมนาครั้งนี้ทำหน้าที่เป็นเวทีสำคัญสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และอภิปรายเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ซึ่งมีการพัฒนาอย่างก้าวกระโดด ในการพัฒนาระบบการศึกษาให้มีความทันสมัยและพร้อมรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกที่ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ได้เข้ามามีอิทธิพลต่อทุกมิติของชีวิตผู้คน

On November 21, 2025, Professor Jintawee Klaisang (Ed.D), The Director of the Thai Cyber University Project under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation
participated in an online seminar at the “International Municipal BRICS Forum” organized by Saint Petersburg State University and supported by key agencies, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Rossotrudnichestvo, and the Government of Saint Petersburg.
At the event, the Director was honored to be a speaker presenting on the topic “From Digital Access to Sustainable Impact: A Model for a National MOOC Platform in a Lifelong Learning Ecosystem” The presentation is aimed to share with the participants continuous progress of the Thai Cyber University project from being just a creator of an online learning platform to being the founder of a comprehensive and sustainable higher education distance learning ecosystem, also known as “Thai MOOC Ecosystem”
In addition, the presentation also conveys insights into the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to enhance its role as a learning assistant on the Thai MOOC platform. Various examples of its use were also presented, such as the development of an AI chatbot to assist students in searching for and recommending courses, resolving issues encountered during course registration and learning, the use of AI in course analysis to assist students in their course selection decisions, and the development of courses that better meet student needs and required competencies, using learning path analysis as a foundation. All of this aligned with the main topic of the discussion: ‘Artificial Intelligence and Its Use in Education.’
This forum, therefore, serves as an important platform for exchanging knowledge and discussing approaches to the application of artificial intelligence, which has developed exponentially, to modernize the education system and prepare it to cope with the changes in the world where artificial intelligence has influenced every aspect of people’s lives.
