TCU ได้เข้าร่วมประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ “2025 Hainan International Forum on Higher Education Innovation and Development” “งานประชุมนานาชาติ ไห่หนาน
เมื่อวันที่ 29 พ.ย. -1 ธ.ค. 2568 ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จินตวีร์ คล้ายสังข์ ผู้อำนวยการโครงการมหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์ไทย พร้อมด้วย รศ.ดร.อนุชัย ธีระเรืองไชยศรี ที่ปรึกษาอาวุโส

ได้เข้าร่วมประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ “2025 Hainan International Forum on Higher Education Innovation and Development” “งานประชุมนานาชาติ ไห่หนาน ว่าด้วยนวัตกรรมและการพัฒนาทางการอุดมศึกษา ประจำปี 2025” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยกลุ่มธุรกิจ Geely Talent Development Group ร่วมกับ Xin Wei Education, University of Sanya และ Z.H.ISLAND ภายใต้ธีม “Convergence for Collective Advance: Pioneering Education’s Unlimited Possibilities” ณ มหาวิทยาลัย Sanya University เมือง Sanya มณฑลไห่หนาน สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน

ทั้งนี้ ทางผู้จัดงานได้ให้เกียรติเชิญผู้อำนวยการฯเป็นผู้เข้าร่วมอภิปราย ในหัวข้อ “Education Without Borders: Building New Pathways for Cross-National Talent Development” และทางผู้จัดงานยังได้เชิญ ที่ปรึกษาอาวุโสฯ ขึ้นกล่าวบรรยายในหัวข้อ “AI in Power Industry” โดยผู้บริหารทั้งสองท่านได้ใช้โอกาสนี้แบ่งปันความรู้เชิงลึก ประสบการณ์ use case การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ในกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนในแพลตฟอร์ม Thai MOOC อีกด้วย

ภายในงานมีการแลกเปลี่ยนและอภิปรายอย่างจริงจังเกี่ยวกับการปฏิรูป (Transform)ระบบการศึกษาในยุคที่เทคโนโลยีได้พัฒนาอย่างก้าวกระโดดและเข้ามาเปลี่ยนแปลง (Disrupt) ระบบต่างๆ โดยที่ประชุมมีแนวโน้มที่จะเน้นในเรื่องการทำให้การศึกษาเป็นเรื่องไร้พรมแดนและก้าวข้ามอุปสรรคทางภูมิศาสตร์ เปิดโอกาสให้เทคโนโลยีล้ำสมัยเป็นเครื่องมือให้มนุษย์เข้าถึงการศึกษาอย่างไร้รอยต่อ(Seamless Access and Integration) ทั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้หารือเกี่ยวกับบทบาทและการประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในระบบการศึกษาที่เน้นตอบโจทย์เฉพาะบุคคล โดยเปลี่ยนจากระบบเดิมที่โฟกัส “การถ่ายทอดความรู้” ไปสู่ “การปลูกฝังความสามารถและคุณค่าแบบบูรณาการ” เพื่อสร้างเสริมทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีคุณภาพ พร้อมรับความเปลี่ยนแปลงต่อโลกยุคใหม่

ภายหลังการประชุมฯ ผู้บริหารโครงการมหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์ไทย ได้มีโอกาสเข้าพบหารือกับ Professor Lu Dan และ Professor Che Yi กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ และรองประธาน Geely Talent Development Group เพื่อแจ้งความคืบหน้าเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการลงนามในบันทึกความเข้าใจ MOU ระหว่างกันและยังหารือ เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการร่วมมือด้านการศึกษาในอนาคต
โครงการมหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์ไทยเชื่อว่าการแลกเปลี่ยนที่สร้างสรรค์นี้จะสร้างคุณประโยชน์และทำให้เกิดการพัฒนาด้านการศึกษาให้ดีและพร้อมรับต่อโลกที่เปลี่ยนไปมากยิ่งขึ้น

Participated in the international academic conference “2025 Hainan International Forum on Higher Education Innovation and Development” organized by Geely Talent Development Group, Xin Wei Education, University of Sanya, and Z.H.ISLAND, under the theme “Convergence for Collective Advance: Pioneering Education’s Unlimited Possibilities” at Sanya University in The City of Sanya, Hainan Province, People’s Republic of China.

The organizers honored the Director to be a panelist on “Education Without Borders: Building New Pathways for Cross-National Talent Development.” The organizers also invited the Senior Advisor to deliver a lecture on “AI in the Power Industry.” Both executives took the opportunity to share their in-depth knowledge and experience, as well as use cases and the process of applying technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, to the teaching and learning process on the Thai MOOC platform.

The event featured a robust exchange and discussion on transforming the education system in an era of exponential technological development and disruption. The Forum focuses on making education borderless and transcending geographical barriers, enabling advanced technology to be a tool for seamless access and integration. The meeting also discussed the role and application of artificial intelligence in the education system, emphasizing personalized solutions, shifting from the traditional focus on “knowledge transfer” to “integrated cultivation of competence and values” to foster quality human resources ready for the changes in the modern world.

Following the meeting, executives of the Thai Cyber University Project had the opportunity to meet with Professor Lu Dan and Professor Che Yi, CEOs, and executives of Geely Talent Development Group. The meeting was to update them on the progress of the MOU signing process and discuss future cooperation.
